i felt the hotel was a disappointment, they advertise falsely. it looks like a tired resort masquerading as luxury. i feel let down.

the location was decent and offered quick beach access
i felt really let down by the room condition it was quite dated the bathroom carpet and fabric chairs seemed unhygienic the lack of upkeep was a real issue. the room was also noisy , made it hard for me to rest well

The room was clean and they gave many towels.
I feel they are understaffed. I always had to find someone if I wanted food or drink and then locate them again to sign the bill. At lunch I waited 40 minutes for my bill after I was finished. I left to sit by the pool.

Wonderful Coastal Stay

The hotel sits right on the oceanfront with lovely views. The location is dreamy and peaceful within a coastal conservation area. The staff was attentive and customer friendly. The hotel has multiple pools and it is next to albandeira beach.
The mini-bar prices seemed a LITTLE excessive.

I had a premium suite with a sea view, and it was amazing. The suite was spacious and clean with plenty of towels provided (very convenient). The bedroom offered high standards exceeding expectations from the photos.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of foods with something for everyone. There is a fitness room equipped adequately for basic workouts. The hotel also offers easy access to some secluded beaches along the Algarve.
